Thaitastic was founded in 2009 by a family with one simple dream — to bring the true taste of Thailand to North Wales. What started as a small, intimate dining room has grown into one of Llandudno's most beloved restaurants.
Our head chef, raised in Chiang Mai, learned to cook in her grandmother's kitchen — grinding fresh curry pastes by hand, balancing the four pillars of Thai flavour: sour, salty, sweet and spicy. Those childhood lessons are the foundation of every dish we serve.
We believe the best Thai food is never rushed. It is made with fresh ingredients, proper technique, and genuine care for the person eating it. That philosophy hasn't changed since day one.
